How to use:

Hot Chocolate with benefits

This hot cocoa gets its heat from the ginger and black pepper in Golden Mellow mix. These ingredients, combined with turmeric and cinnamon, make it a powerful anti-inflammatory.

The chocolate comes from the cacao in Magic Mushroom mix. This mix gets its immune-strengthening benefits from both the chaga and reishi mushrooms. (Don’t worry! You can’t taste the mushrooms in this mix!)

Both mixes include ashwagandha, which has been shown to reduce stress and improve sleep — both of which are essential for a healthy immune system.

• 1 tsp Golden Mellow mix

• 350ml plant-based milk
• maple syrup or coconut sugar (optional)

Heat the milk in a small pot. Turn off the heat, add the remaining ingredients and whisk until frothy. Transfer to a mug and enjoy.
